Raymond Realty reported securities dematerialization confirmation to Indian exchanges via MUFG Intime

Raymond Realty Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and related actions by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
