SIS Limited announces the resignation of Vineet Toshniwal, effective January 31, 2027

SIS Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Vineet Toshniwal, President (M&A and Investor Relations) and Senior Management Personnel, has resigned from his position effective January 31, 2027, due to personal reasons.
