SIS Limited repurchased 2.18 million equity shares through open market transactions as of October 1, 2026

SIS Limited announced it bought back a total of 21,84,134 equity shares as of October 1, 2026, through open market purchases, including 1,000 shares via Elara Securities (India) Private Limited, 9,000 shares via BSE, and an additional 10,000 shares via NSE, at an average acquisition price of Rs 415.1673 per share, excluding transaction costs.
