SIS Limited repurchased 20,000 shares via Elara Securities, totaling 24,60,968 under its buyback program

SIS Limited announced it bought back 20,000 equity shares on October 14, 2026, through Elara Securities (India) Private Limited, at an average acquisition price of Rs 407.9137 per share, bringing the total number of shares repurchased under the buyback program to 24,60,968.
