SIS Limited repurchased 410,000 equity shares through open market transactions on August 24, 2026

SIS Limited announced it bought back a total of 4,10,000 equity shares on August 24, 2026, through open market purchases, according to a regulatory filing. The company, via Elara Securities (India) Private Limited, acquired 20,000 shares on the BSE and 35,000 shares on the NSE, with an average acquisition price of Rs 420.2683 per share, excluding transaction costs.
