SPV Global Trading Limited informed the BSE that the register of members will remain closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, for the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 02:30 p.m. at the company's registered office in Mumbai.
