Samyak International closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

Samyak International Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
