Sangal Papers Limited informed the BSE on October 26, 2026, that the company has been made aware of the demise of Cost Auditor CMA S.R. Kapur, which reportedly occurred on October 18, 2026, creating a casual vacancy in that role, and the company will take steps to fill the vacancy within the timelines prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations.
