Shardul Securities Limited to consider Equity Share buyback at August 12 board meeting

Shardul Securities Limited will convene a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider a proposal for a buy-back of Equity Shares, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, prompting a closure of the trading window for designated persons and their relatives from August 9, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting’s outcome.
