Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro confirms share dematerialization processing with Purva Sharegistry

Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited on October 3, 2026, confirming the receipt and processing of share certificates for dematerialization from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
