Sinclairs Hotels confirms receipt of certificate from Niche Technologies for Q3 2026

Sinclairs Hotels Limited informed the BSE, National Stock Exchange of India, and the Calcutta Stock Exchange that Niche Technologies Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, issued a confirmation certificate dated October 6, 2026, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
