Spectrum Electrical Industries halts promoter trading until after Q2/H1 2026 results

Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that trading in the company's securities will be closed for promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives, effective October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
