Sudarshan Chemical’s subsidiary acquires Clariant’s Swiss plant for CHF 7 million

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited announced that its step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Sudarshan Switzerland SLO AG, signed an asset sale and transfer agreement with Clariant Additives (Switzerland) AG on August 24, 2026, to acquire its aluminium dyes and chemicals manufacturing plant in Muttenz, Switzerland, for a base price of seven million Swiss Francs (CHF 7,000,000) plus inventory value. The acquisition, which converts a supply relationship into direct ownership of the plant that manufactures Sudarshan Chemical Group's Aluminium Dyes portfolio, is subject to conditions precedent and includes the transfer of possession of identified assets and related records.
