Suryoday Small Finance Bank plans to raise funds via Non-Convertible Debentures

Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal to raise funds by issuing Non-Convertible Debentures on a Private Placement basis, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
