Swasti Vinayaka Art and Heritage Corporation Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors convened a meeting on August 29, 2026, at which they decided to hold the 40th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing on September 28, 2026, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and approved the Board’s Report for the financial year 2025-26; the company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, with a cut-off date of September 21, 2026, for e-voting eligibility.
