Tainwala Chemicals restricts insider trading ahead of September 2026 financial results

Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics (India) Limited will close its trading window for insiders and designated persons, including their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and circulars from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
