Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited clarified to the BSE Limited on September 29, 2026, that it has no knowledge of any negotiations referenced in a news item published on moneycontrol.com, nor is it aware of any undisclosed information or regulatory/legal proceedings that could explain recent trading activity, stating it is not possible to comment on the factual correctness of the article.
