Transglobe Foods appoints Anju Vijay Pandit as director, pending shareholder approval

Transglobe Foods Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Ms. Anju Vijay Pandit as an additional non-executive independent director, effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026, and the book closure period will run from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026.
