Vaibhav Global Limited has set Wednesday, November 4, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of a 2nd Interim dividend for the fiscal year 2026–27, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
