Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the notice of the company's 13th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 05:00 pm via video conferencing or other audio visual means, and set September 23, 2026, as the record date for e-voting eligibility.
