Vivid Mercantile Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. Brickwork Ratings India Pvt. Ltd as the Monitoring Agency for monitoring the proceeds of a proposed rights issue of equity shares, as disclosed in the Draft Letter Offer/Letter Offer Letter.
