Voith Paper Fabrics India Limited informed BSE Limited that its 56th Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 19th August, 2026, through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means, and the company has fixed Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, as the cut-off date and Record Date for determining member eligibility and dividend entitlement, respectively, with the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books remaining closed from Thursday, 13th August, 2026, to Wednesday, 19th August, 2026.
