Zensar Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors approved a scheme of amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiary, M3bi India Private Limited, under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The amalgamation, subject to approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and other regulatory authorities, will dissolve M3bi India Private Limited and result in no change to Zensar Technologies Limited's shareholding pattern, as the transaction is between a holding company and its wholly-owned subsidiary.
